The KPA385-25 series is Class I/Type 1 and 2/4 poles AC power ‌Surge Protective Device (SPD) designed for low-voltage power system ligtning current&surge protection especially for location of high risk exposure or building entrances ( IEC 62305-4) to against the damage from direct or close lightning strikes,capacity up to 25 kA (10/350 μs). This AC power surge protector feature modular design, achieving overcurrent protection, instantaneous response, and timely tripping,circuit for use in one-phase/three-phase 230/400 V TT and TN-S systems.This effectively prevents fires and protects systems or equipment from permanent damage or momentary interruption caused by surges, enhancing the safety and stability of power distribution systems.

Installation and Maintenance of AC Power Surge Protector(T1, 25kA)

- Installation must be carried out under power-off conditions. Secure the surge protector KPA385-25 and circuit breaker to the rail respectively, and connect L, N, PE, etc. as shown in the diagram.

- Regularly check the working status of the surge protector. Replace the product immediately if it fails or is damaged.
