KILOAMP Global Warranty Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. General Warranty Terms

Coverage Scope

• Surge Protective Devices (SPDs): 1-year free replacement (including lightning damage).

• Power Distribution Units (PDUs)/Smart Enclosures: 3-year limited warranty.

Exclusions: Physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or use in non-compliant environments.

Claims Process

• Documentation: Submit product serial number, proof of purchase, and installation photos (showing humidity/temperature conditions).

• Technical Support:

◦ Remote diagnostics report within 48 hours (with troubleshooting videos).

◦ Spare parts dispatched in 5 business days (EU/US) or 7 business days (Other Regions).

2. Exclusions

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation, exceeding rated load, or environmental violations (e.g., operation in >90% humidity or corrosive salt spray areas).

• Use of non-certified third-party accessories (e.g., uncertified cables or breakers).

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, etc.).

4. Regional Compliance

• VIP Priority Support:

◦ Platinum Tier (>$50K/year orders): 3-hour emergency response & direct engineer hotline.

◦ Gold Tier (>$20K/year orders): 50% discount on out-of-warranty labor.

6. Environmental & Legal

• Recycling: Compliant with EU WEEE Directive (recycling labels attached).

• Dispute Resolution: Disputes governed by Chinese law, settled via Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
