The KSC24-201/KSC24-401is mainly used in industrial automation systems to protect the RS485 signal lines of the equipment from the influence of lightning electromagnetic pulses, induced overvoltages, and operational overvoltages. This RS485 signal lightning arrester adopts an independent module design, multi-level protection circuits, and high-speed protection components, achieving characteristics such as rapid response, fine protection, extremely low residual voltage, and low transmission loss. It can effectively ensure the safe operation of the system and prevent overvoltage and overcurrent from causing damage to system equipment or communication interruption.

- Installation must be carried out under power-off conditions. Mount the surge protector on the panel, connect it in series with the protected equipment (OUT terminal to the equipment), and ground the protector's grounding wire locally.
