Features of Large-Scale Control Cabinets

  • Personalized customization can be carried out based on the PLC model, control points, signal type (digital/analog) provided by the customer and the on-site installation environment. The cabinet size, internal layout and interface configuration can be customized to ensure perfect compatibility of the PLC with other modules (such as relays, contactors, sensors) and avoid redundant design.

  • Multi-layer safety protection is equipped with overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, short-circuit protection and leakage protection devices. Meanwhile, the cabinet body is designed with IP54/IP55 protection grade (IP65 high protection is optional), effectively isolating dust, moisture and external impact. Surge protectors (SPDS) and signal isolators are installed in critical circuits to adapt to the complex power grid environment in industrial sites and reduce the risk of equipment damage.

  • Convenient installation and debugging: The cabinet adopts a modular design, with internal wiring zoning (strong current/weak current separation) and clear markings. Reserve PLC installation rails, terminal blocks and heat dissipation channels to facilitate on-site installation of the PLC by customers and subsequent maintenance. Provide standardized debugging interfaces to support rapid integration with the customer's upper computer system, thereby shortening the project cycle.

  • The intelligent operation and maintenance management integrated status monitoring module can collect PLC operation data (such as CPU load, input and output signal status), cabinet environmental parameters (temperature, humidity) and power supply parameters (voltage, current) in real time. The data can be uploaded to the customer monitoring platform through RS485/Ethernet interface.
